In Musen, open Account, choose Delete Musen account, reauthenticate and confirm DELETE. If you cannot sign in, request deletion through atharv@musen-sports.com. Identity verification is required. Do not send passwords or sign-in tokens.
This removes your whole Musen account, its private data and owned media, including inventoried historical Musen data. Retained public contributions lose account attribution. Other users’ data and anonymized counterparties’ transaction records remain intact.
Encrypted historical database archives are kept locally and currently have no automatic destruction date. They may retain encrypted historical records until separately removed. Deletion instructions must be applied before an archive is restored; sessions and accounts must not be recreated from an archive.
An interrupted request resumes from its recorded progress. Use Check deletion progress in Account or contact support; do not create another account to retry.
