Updated October 3, 2026
This notice describes the renovated Musen app, its accounts, source-linked NFL context and optional game tools. Historical Musen records and archives are covered below.
You can browse as a guest. Guest preferences and local diagnostics stay on your device or browser. Signing in stores your account identity, profile, preferences, follows and read progress so they can work across devices.
Email/password, Apple and Google sign-in use Supabase authentication. Native sessions use protected platform storage. Carrying guest preferences into an account is an explicit choice; Musen does not bulk-import historical preferences or combine profiles by matching names or email addresses.
Musen uses this information to operate and secure accounts, save your choices, deliver supported features and respond to support requests.
When you enable notifications, Musen stores your account-linked notification token and sends it through Expo and the platform push service. Signed-in context viewing and catch-up events are recorded to measure feature use, alongside your saved read progress. These records are not used for cross-company advertising tracking.
When used, account features store messages, membership, reactions, reports, friendship and challenge records for their authorized audience. IQ stores answers and results; Game Sync stores your selected viewing offset.
Sleeper linkage stores the public username, explicitly selected NFL league and roster information, plus resolved or unresolved player mappings. This does not authenticate ownership of your Sleeper account. Unlinking clears your private linkage and roster snapshot.
Creator tools store owned captions, drafts and asset/export records when saved. Supported short browser exports are processed locally. The renovated native app does not request microphone, camera or broad photo-library access and does not enable new purchases or advertising.
Content you choose to share is visible to its selected audience. Public IQ-result links contain the result and its sources, expire after seven days and omit your email and account identifier. A device share chooser does not itself prove delivery.
Supabase provides authentication, database, Realtime and file storage. The configured hosting and email providers process service requests and account emails. Hosted request logs retain network IP addresses, user-agent information, approximate city/country inferred from IP, and request timing for service operation and security. Hosted logs have a seven-day retention window. Account authentication audit records are stored separately in the database and do not have a demonstrated automatic expiration period.
Apple or Google processes provider sign-in, and optional Sleeper requests retrieve public league information. Opening a linked source or sharing through another app takes you to that provider's service and privacy practices.
Musen may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. Public or shared contributions are visible according to the feature you choose.
Account preferences, read progress and claimed contributions remain until account deletion or a separately approved archival action. Automatic cleanup is currently paused: transient diagnostics, superseded snapshots, unclaimed uploads and expired shared records remain stored until owner-initiated deletion or a separately approved cleanup. Expiration can make shared links unavailable without automatically erasing the stored record.
In Account, choose Delete Musen account, reauthenticate and type DELETE. Whole-account deletion revokes sessions and removes private data and owned files, including inventoried historical Musen data. Retained public contributions lose account attribution. Other users' data and anonymized counterparties' transaction records remain intact.
Interrupted deletion resumes from recorded progress. If you cannot sign in, contact atharv@musen-sports.com to request deletion or account help; identity verification is required.
Encrypted historical database archives are kept locally and currently have no automatic destruction date. Deletion instructions are recorded and must be applied before any archive is restored; sessions or accounts must not be recreated from an archive. Archives may retain encrypted historical records until they are separately removed.
Contact atharv@musen-sports.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. Disabling device or browser storage may prevent sign-in or saved preferences from working.
